Cancellation Requests

We accept order cancellations before your order is shipped (typically within 1-2 business days of placing your order). When your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

When We May Cancel Your Order

In the following rare cases, we may need to cancel your order:
Out of stock items: If an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we will attempt to contact you. If we don't hear back from you within a reasonable time frame, we will cancel the unpaid/unfulfilled portion of your order and issue a full refund.
High-risk transactions: If your order is flagged as high-risk by your card issuer or PayPal, we may cancel the order to protect your account security.
Unavailable shipping destinations: If we are unable to ship your order to your location due to shipping restrictions, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Returns
For information on return eligibility and how to initiate a return, please view our [Return Policy]. Once your return is approved, you'll need to send the item back to our warehouse and provide us with the tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund after we receive your returned package. For items that require additional quality testing, processing may take 7-14 business days.

Refund Processing Timelines

PayPal refunds: We process refunds within 1-3 business days of approval.
PayPal credit/debit card refunds: We process your refund within 1-3 business days of approval, but it may take an additional 7-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Please contact your card issuer for specific timing questions.
Important Notes
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. If you still wish to cancel a shipped order, the 4.4% PayPal transaction fee + $0.30 fixed fee will be deducted from your refund, as these fees are not returned to us by PayPal. We will only be able to refund the amount that was actually received by our account after these fees.
