Our Promise to You
At RATEFPV, we're FPV pilots just like you — we want you to feel completely confident when you invest in your gear from us. Every single product we sell is rigorously inspected and tested before it leaves our warehouse, and we stand behind the quality of everything we sell.
Our goal is simple: if something goes wrong with your order, we'll work with you to fix it quickly and fairly.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the product description, we will make it right. Most issues can be resolved quickly through troubleshooting or an exchange.
In these cases and we will cover the cost of return shipping
We do not charge a restocking fee
We will repair, replace, or issue a full refund for your item at our discretion
To help us resolve your issue quickly:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you notice any issues with your order
Our team may ask you to provide photos or videos to help with troubleshooting
Please keep all original packaging if you're filing a damage claim with the carrier
15-Day Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can request a return within 15 days of the original purchase date. All returns require prior return authorization (RA) from our team before you send the item back.

Final refund amounts depend on the condition of the returned item:
Unopened / Unused Items
If the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you can request a return within 15 days of purchase. Original shipping fees and platform processing fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
Opened / Used Items
Opened products are still eligible for return within 15 days of purchase. However, you shall bear all return shipping fees and related restocking charges. After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will issue a partial refund based on the actual condition of the used product.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- The product is defective
- We shipped the incorrect item
- If your package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address provided by you or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must meet the following criteria:
- You must return the exact original product that was shipped to you
- All original accessories, batteries, cables, and components must be included
- The item must be packaged securely and properly protected for return shipping
- The product must not be modified or damaged beyond normal use
- If your return is missing components or shows significant damage that differs from the original condition when shipped, we may deduct costs from your refund to cover repairs or replacement of missing parts.
Quality Control & Fraud Prevention
To maintain quality control and prevent return fraud, we record serial numbers and other unique identifiers for all products we ship. Returned items must match the original product we sent you.
If the returned item does not match the original product shipped, we reserve the right to deny your return claim and report the incident as return fraud. Where permitted by law, we may report mismatched returns to payment processors and fraud prevention databases. These measures help us keep prices fair for all of our customers.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and complete our inspection, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Fraud, Chargebacks & Abusive Returns
We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and quickly for our customers. By placing an order with RATEFPV, you agree to contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Examples of fraudulent disputes include:
- Claiming an item was never delivered when tracking confirms delivery
- Returning a different device than the one we originally shipped
- Returning a damaged or tampered product that was not originally sent
- Attempting to keep the product while reversing payment
If fraud or abuse is confirmed, RATEFPV reserves the right to pursue recovery for all associated losses, including: product value, shipping costs, inspection and restocking fees, chargeback processing fees, and where permitted by law, collection costs and attorney fees. Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to third-party collection agencies and reported to merchant fraud databases.
