Shipping policy
Our Promise to You
At RATEFPV, we're FPV pilots too — we know how important it is to get your new gear in the air as fast as possible. That's why we work hard to ship your order as quickly as we can from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. All orders are shipped directly from our facility, and we typically use USPS for standard delivery to the US.
Order Processing Time
Unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. for pre-order items), most orders ship within 2–5 business days. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
During periods of high order volume or unexpected stock shortages, orders may take a few extra days to process. We appreciate your patience and recommend building in a small buffer for delivery. If there's a significant delay with your order, we'll notify you by email or post an update on our website.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. You can track your package in real time at:

Please note: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system after your label is created. Thank you for waiting a bit for the system to refresh!
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.
For most destinations, delivery typically takes 4–15 business days after your order ships. Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues that are outside of our control, so RATEFPV is not responsible for these unexpected delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package leaves our warehouse, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier (e.g. USPS). If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
We will help you file a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully during checkout. RATEFPV is not responsible for lost or delayed packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an address error before your order is marked as shipped, please contact us right away and we'll help you correct the information.
Customs & Import Duties
Import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs office in your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility — RATEFPV does not cover import duties or taxes for any orders.
If your package is returned to us because you refused to pay duties, the cost of round-trip shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the round-trip shipping cost exceeds the value of your order, we will not be able to issue a refund for the returned package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 15 business days of delivery. We won't be able to take responsibility for claims made after this window, so please reach out as soon as you notice an issue.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee that every order leaves our warehouse in accurate condition, matching your order description and the shipping service you selected. Once your package is in transit, final delivery is subject to the carrier's operations.
