The cheapest part on your quad shouldn't be the one you gamble on
You are three packs into a session, mid-flip over the treeline, and the link stutters. It is almost never your transmitter — it is a receiver that browns out the moment the motors pull hard.
The RATEFPV ELRS 2.4G Nano Receiver is built to fix exactly that. It is the cheapest part on your quad, which is precisely why it should not be the one you gamble on.
Holds the link when you are throwing the quad around
Reworked power circuit and component layout. The power stage was rebuilt to remove brownouts and onboard interference, so the link stays locked through flips, hard punch-outs and long-range cruising. Not just small — consistently stable.
Solder it once, properly
Semi-hole pads give you real contact area. Tiny pads are the number one reason a build gets ripped apart twice. The semi-hole design takes a proper joint, grips the wire, and survives a re-solder when you change the layout. Less frustration, faster maintenance, cleaner wiring.
Three antenna lengths — pick by frame size
40 mm for micro builds, 50mm for racing builds and 90 mm for anything bigger.
Firmware updates without a USB cable
Built-in WiFi updating. Flash new ExpressLRS firmware over WiFi — no FTDI adapter, no pulling the board out of a finished build. This matters because your receiver firmware major version must match your transmitter; if your TX runs ELRS 3.x, the RX needs 3.x.
Fits almost any build
CRSF serial output to any Betaflight, INAV or Emuflight flight controller. 4–6 V input, 25–500 Hz packet rates, 100 mW telemetry. At 10.7 × 17 mm and 0.62 g it disappears into the stack.
Pick your antenna length, solder four pads, bind, and fly. Add a spare — at this price it is the cheapest insurance you will ever buy for a build.

Clean compact AIO, stable flight, easy Bluetooth tuning. 40A power handles all my 4-6S builds without voltage drop. RATEFPV customer support Sara is super patient and helpful when I had Betaflight setup questions. Will buy again for my next drone build!
A pretty decent receiver; as soon as I got it, I soldered it up, installed it on my FPV rig, configured it, and got it flying. 👍
