RATEFPV F4V4 40A AIO Flight Controller — 32-bit ESC, Bluetooth Tuning

The RATEFPV F4V4 is a 40A AIO FPV flight controller built for pilots who want a clean build without giving up power. One board carries the flight controller, a 40A 32-bit ESC, gyro, barometer, Bluetooth module and OSD — so there is no stack to wire, and no guessing what goes where.

Either you love soldering or you don’t — either way, this board cuts the work. Enlarged solder pads give you room to land a clean joint on the first try, and the plug-in receiver port needs no soldering at all. Mount it, bind it, and you are in the air in minutes instead of an evening.

Stays cool at 40A

A CNC-machined aluminium heatsink covers the ESC section and pulls heat away under sustained load, so the board holds stable output through freestyle, racing and hard 3–6S pulls — no thermal throttling, no power drop mid-pack.

Tune it from your phone

Built-in Bluetooth connects straight to your phone. Change PIDs, rates and filters at the field, between flights, with no laptop and no USB cable.

Processing power where it counts

An AT32F435 MCU running at 288MHz — around 34% faster than the STM32F722 — supports dual 8K loop rates and bidirectional DSHOT. Paired with the ICM42688P gyro and SPL06 barometer, stick input translates to motor output with very little lag. 16MB of onboard blackbox records every flight so you can actually tune from data.

Before you order — two things to check

Mounting: this is a 25.5 × 25.5 mm AIO board, not the 30.5 mm stack pattern. Confirm your frame supports 25 mm mounting.

Firmware: the F4V4 runs firmware developed from Betaflight and tuned for RATEFPV hardware, so the stock Betaflight Configurator will not auto-detect the board. Use the dedicated .hex file from the official RATEFPV database — generic Betaflight builds can render it inoperable.
